To set August 6, 2024, as the date of public hearing regarding the proposed increase of Taxi Fare Rates within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and for other purposes.

2. RESOLUTION

To authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute a Settlement and Release of Claims Agreement between the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and The Struggle is Real, LLC; and for other purposes.

3. RESOLUTION

To state the uses of the 1% Sales and Compensating Use Tax Funds upon approval of the tax levy by voters at a special election to be held on November 5, 2024; and for other purposes. (Read on July 16, 2024)

4. ORDINANCE

To levy an additional ³/₈-Cent Sales and Compensating Use Tax within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to be used for General Operational purposes; to provide that the levy shall commence on January 1, 2025, to prescribe other matters that pertain to the election; to declare an emergency; and for other purposes. (1^st Reading held on July 16, 2024)

To call a special election in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for November 5, 2024, on the question of whether to levy an additional ³/₈-Cent Sales and Compensating Use Tax within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to be used for General Operational purposes; to provide that the levy shall commence on January 1, 2025; to prescribe other matters that pertain to the election; to declare an emergency; and for other purposes.
