authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute a Settlement and Release
of Claims Agreement between the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and The
Struggle is Real, LLC; and for other purposes. |

To
state the uses of the 1% Sales and Compensating Use Tax Funds upon approval
of the tax levy by voters at a special election to be held on November 5,

To
levy an additional 3/8-Cent
Sales and Compensating Use Tax within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to
be used for General Operational purposes; to provide that the levy shall
commence on January 1, 2025, to prescribe other matters that pertain to the
election; to declare an emergency; and for other purposes. (1st Reading held on July 16,

call a special election in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for November 5,
2024, on the question of whether to levy an additional 3/8-Cent Sales and Compensating Use Tax
within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to be used for General Operational
purposes; to provide that the levy shall commence on January 1, 2025; to
prescribe other matters that pertain to the election; to declare an
emergency; and for other purposes.
